CZ Therapy Group was born through the belief that we experience transformative healing through connection, with both ourselves and with others, and that aloneness is the catalyst for so much pain in the world.
Something that makes CZTG unique is that we are not a generalist practice. Each therapist on our team specializes in supporting individuals and relationships through the impacts of trauma and relationship wounding specifically. As a close-knit, collaborative practice, our therapists consult with one another weekly and receive ongoing supervision and advanced training in evidence-based trauma and relationship therapies.
Hello, I’m Jordan Kurtz (she/her). I believe our stories are the products of our experiences and relationships with others. While these things are often the greatest sources of our resilience, they can also be the origin for hurt, stagnation, confusion, and disconnectedness. Together we can explore the values, individuals, and philosophies most important to you and heal from trauma, derive insight, and move towards growth.
Hi! I’m Chadley (she/her), a trauma and relationship therapist and the founder of CZ Therapy Group. I’m so glad you’re here! My private practice was born through the belief that we experience transformative healing through connection, with both ourselves and with others, and that aloneness is the catalyst for so much pain in the world. I specialize in inner-child healing and somatic, attachment focused trauma therapy with adults who experienced childhood abuse and neglect.
You deserve support and connection! We know it can feel like you’re in this alone - we’ve been there and are here to tell you that you don’t have to be. Our team of Denver therapists believe that connection, both with ourselves and with others, is at the core of healing, and that disconnection is at the root of so much of our pain. Therapy is a space for us to bridge this gap and find meaningful growth + transformation.
“I went through a few other therapists before working with Chadley, and knew that she was the right fit for me from the start. After working through talk therapy for a few months, Chadley facilitated EMDR with me, which before starting I was very skeptical of. She made plenty of space for me to voice my skepticism and answered every question I had about it until I felt comfortable. Now after having done it, I can say with sincerity that EMDR was life changing. I would recommend Chadley to anyone who is seeking genuine, non-judgmental, comprehensive care - our work has made such an impact in my day to day experience in ways I didn't know were attainable.”
“Working with Chadley has been a very fulfilling experience for me. Chadley has helped me to build more meaningful relationships with people who are important to me, and define boundaries in relationships that have not been healthy. So much of this was about building self respect within myself, which Chadley was a tremendous help with. She does an incredible job holding space in both moments of celebration and sorrow, and has helped me to conceptualize complex emotions in a way that make sense. Together we have built tools I use in personal relationships, and explored how to surrender to my emotions in ways that are not overwhelming or dismissive.”
“Jordan Kurtz is caring, kind and compassionate. She is quick to make you feel at ease and both knowledgeable and skillful in her therapeutic practice. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their mental health.”
-Andrea Fogel, EMDR Therapist
