We specialize in "bottom-up," body-based approaches to healing, including Somatic Therapy, AEDP, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) / Parts Work. Unlike traditional talk therapy, our somatic and attachment-focused methods help clients process trauma and anxiety at the nervous system level for deeper, long-lasting relief.

Yes. We are trauma specialists serving the Denver area. Our practice utilizes EMDR therapy and Somatic techniques to help high-achieving adults move through complex trauma and chronic stress. We focus on nervous system regulation and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) to help clients feel more embodied and resilient.
-
We primarily work with high-achieving adults and individuals navigating relational trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds. Whether you are looking for a trauma therapist in Denver or seeking virtual support across Colorado, our approach is active, collaborative, and focused on "undoing aloneness" in the therapeutic relationship.
-
While talk therapy focuses on intellectual insight, our practice uses an embodied, relational approach. By integrating somatic and IFS-informed therapy, we go beyond the "why" and work directly with how your body holds stress and trauma to re-wire your brain and nervous system. This bottom-up model is highly effective for those who feel stuck in their head or find that traditional therapy hasn't provided the relief they need.
-
Many people find that traditional talk therapy stays 'in the head.' Our practice uses somatic, AEDP and IFS-informed therapy to address trauma where it is actually stored: the nervous system. By working with the body’s physical response to stress, we can unlock progress that insight alone often misses.
-
Yes. Our approach is deeply rooted in nervous system regulation. We help clients in Denver and across Colorado move out of 'fight, flight, or freeze' states, teaching your body how to return to a state of safety and connection.
