b. Write a letter to your younger self, offering words of compassion and encouragement. Reflect on the challenges you faced and the resilience you demonstrated. What advice would you give your younger self to help them build trust and self-compassion?

c. What are three things you admire about yourself today? Explore your strengths, accomplishments, and personal growth. How can you acknowledge and celebrate these aspects of yourself more often? Envision telling your younger self about these admirable qualities. How does it feel? What’s it like for younger you to hear?

3. Setting Intentions for the Future

a. Visualize your ideal future self, free from the impacts of trauma. What qualities, values, or experiences do you envision for yourself? Write a letter from your future self to your present self, describing the path you took to become that person and the lessons you learned along the way.

b. Identify one small, actionable step you can take today towards your healing and growth. How does committing to this step align with your values and intentions? How will it contribute to your overall well-being and resilience?
