marriage and family therapist

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m passionate about working with individuals, families, and couples as they navigate past wounds that have impacted their relationships, day-to-day functioning, and their narratives about themselves. Together, we will create a safe space for you to heal, feel valued and honored, and reconnect with your best self.

about me and my philosophy

I’m a daughter, wife, and a mother of a boy and a girl. Before becoming a therapist, I had a career in communications and raised two children. My own personal experience with therapy has helped me to be a better partner and mother, to be more connected with myself, and enabled me to heal from past inner narratives.

My experience tells me that we all tend to be shaped by our attachments and childhood experiences. Societal, community, and familial messages help form our expectations and views of self. I hope to support others in uncovering and processing those messages and experiences in order to heal and move forward.
